How We Started
First Floor didn’t start as a services firm looking for clients. It started as a team that kept getting asked the same question by manufacturers, real estate businesses, and retailers:
“Can you just build the whole thing — properly — and stay with us after it’s live?”
That question became FF ERP. Then ZameenSquare. Then Adair. Three products, built and run end-to-end by our own team, before we ever pitched a client on doing the same for them.
Our consulting practice grew out of that — because the best advice comes from people who’ve had to live with their own architectural decisions.
